Kestrel is an AI-native consulting firm in St. Louis, Missouri. We deploy our AI agent inside the software a company already uses to find repetitive work and automate it, and we work with the company’s team on every automation.

What we do

You probably already have the software you need. The repetitive work lives between those tools: orders retyped from email into the ERP, customers set up in four systems, invoices checked by hand before a reminder goes out.

We deploy an AI agent into that software. It connects only where you let it, learns how the work moves, finds the repetitive part and drafts the automation. We set it up and work with your team on each automation, so it fits how your company runs. We deploy the agent; you decide what runs.

How we work

  • Start with one workflow. The one that costs your team the most time.
  • Access you control. The agent works only in the tools you authorize, and you can revoke access at any time.
  • Nothing runs without approval. Your team reviews each automation and switches it on.
  • Every run is logged. You can see what happened and pause any automation.
  • Honest status. The agent is in development, and we are taking early-access requests.
